Please note that by registering to International Istanbul Tango Festival you acknowledge and accept the followings
If you are a single participant then the organisation will find you a partner among the other participants for the blocks you registered. The organisation has no obligation on the quality and the attendance of your partner.
Single participations payments should be completed as of June 1st.
If you have a partner then yourself and your partner must register seperately.
You cannot change your registered classes during the festival.
No guests are allowed in classes. The organisation has the right of asking the participants to prove his attendance to any particular class or milonga. If the participant fails to prove the participation then the organisation may ask the fee of the event..
Unless you deposit the festival fee, your reservation in classes is taken into the waiting list and are not confirmed. Your reservation is moved to the participants' list if and only if the fee is depositted. Partnering and class quotas are managed in the order of the bank transfer recieving dates.
In case of a cancellation by the participant 50 E will not be refunded in any ways. If the cancellation occurs after 1.June.2010 then there will be no refund. In other cases all refunds less 50 E will be completely paid back. Any lost due to the miscommunication due to the wrong data in the registration will not be refunded.
If the organisation cancels the event, then all depositted money will be refunded to the participant.
All bank commissions during deposit or refund are under the responsibility of the participant .
Teachers may change partners during the classes as they want. Any audio/video recording in classes or shows will be under the permission of the teachers..
Shuttle hours are sharp.
It is participant's responsibility to ensure that (s)he has all required conditions such as, health, authorisations, visa, etc. to participate the festival. Organizators are not responsible for any problems that raise due to the lack of the satisfaction of these conditions.
During the event organisation, the organisators are not responsible from the problems and the damages caused by these problems that may rise between the participant and the third parties including but not limited to hotel managements, shuttle services, venues management and services, the other participants, etc.
The organizers may change any part of the organisation and are liable to inform only registered participants. The most updated organisation information is published in this web site.
